A two-minute tour of the screens you use most, for Admins, nurses, billing staff and referral partners.

Who can do this: Everyone on your team
Steps
- The first time you sign in, a box offers a two-minute tour. Click Take the tour, or Not now.
- Each step highlights part of the screen. Click Next → to go on or ← Back to go back; the tour opens the next page by itself. Close it any time.
- To take it again, click ? at the top of any screen and choose Take the tour.
Which tour you get
Admins see the dashboard, the menu, Users and company settings. Nurses see their day, their cases and the calendar. Billing staff see the billing cards and batch invoicing. Referral partners see their portal and how to send a referral.
Tours are offered only when your company has them switched on. Ask CaseMgmt support to turn them on or off.
