Steps
- Open casemgmt.io/demo, fill in your name, work email and company, and click Request Demo Access. Tick the box if you'd also like a live walkthrough.
- We email your demo login, usually within one business day: the sign-in address, the email to sign in with, a password and the date the demo ends.
- Sign in at casemgmt.io/login. You're the Admin of a demo practice named after your company.
- To see other views, sign in with the nurse login from the email, or as the attorney at casemgmt.io/portal/login. Every demo login uses the same password.
What's in the demo
A complete nurse case management practice: referrals, patients, open cases with notes and time, forms and signed PDFs, calendar items, messages, and billing with batch invoices and CMS-1500 claims. Every person and record is fictional.
Nothing you send leaves the demo: emails, texts and faxes show as sent but never go out. Please don't enter real patient information.
When the demo ends
The yellow bar at the top shows the date your demo ends (14 days). Need longer? Reply to the login email and we can extend it.
After that date you see Your demo has ended with Start your free trial and Talk to us. Your own account starts empty: nothing from the demo is carried into it.
The demo path
The demo path opens by itself the first time you sign in. After that, the blue Demo path button at the bottom right opens six short chapters (about 18 minutes in all): the dashboard, a referral becoming a case, the patient file, forms and e-signature, notes and billing, and the calendar, texting and attorney portal.
Each chapter highlights the part of the screen it talks about and moves between pages for you. Take the chapters in any order, close one half-way and pick it up later; the button shows how many you've finished. It's also in the ? help panel as Your demo path.
