Who can do this: Everyone on your team
Who it's for
Independent and small-to-mid-size nurse case management companies working workers' compensation, Michigan auto no-fault, personal injury and catastrophic cases.
Everyone on the team gets a login that fits their job: Admin, Nurse Case Manager, Internal Case Manager and Billing Staff. Attorneys, adjusters and other referral partners get free Referral Staff logins to the referral portal.
How work flows through it
1. A referral arrives through the referral portal or is typed in by your staff.
2. You accept it and create the case; the patient file is created with standard folders.
3. Forms go to the patient by email or text and come back signed as PDFs in the patient's file.
4. Case managers log visits, calls, time and mileage as case notes, with reminders and follow-ups on the calendar.
5. Billing builds invoices and batch invoices with CMS-1500 claims from that logged work, tracks payments, and runs payroll.
6. Reports show referrals, cases, revenue, AR aging and productivity.
