Create your company's CaseMgmt account from the pricing page; you aren't charged until the trial ends.

Steps
- Open Pricing, choose Monthly or Yearly, and click Start free trial on the plan you want. (For Enterprise, click Contact sales.)
- Under Create Your Account, fill in your Company Name, your name, Email Address and a Password, then click Continue to Review.
- On Review & Start Trial, check the plan, users included and prices, and tick the box to accept the SaaS Subscription Agreement (it includes the HIPAA Business Associate Agreement) and the Terms of Service.
- Click Start Free Trial and add your card on the secure payment page. You aren't charged today.
- The welcome page shows the date your trial runs until. Click Complete Setup, then sign in with the email and password you chose.
Set up by CaseMgmt instead?
If we set up your company for you, you get the email “Welcome to CaseMgmt — Set Up Your Account”. Its link opens a short setup: click Get Started, create your admin login, click Next: Company Details, confirm your address, click Next: Review BAA, read the agreement to the end, tick both boxes and click Accept & Complete Setup.
If the last screen shows Add Payment Method & Start Free Trial, add your card there. I'll do this later takes you to sign-in instead.
Tips

If something goes wrong
- “An account with this email already exists. Please sign in.”
- That email already has a CaseMgmt login. Sign in, or use another address.
- “A company with a similar name already exists”
- Add something to your company name (for example your city), or email admin@casemgmt.io if it's your company.
- “Password must contain uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character”
- Go Back and choose a stronger password.
- “Onboarding already completed. Please log in to continue.”
- Your setup is done. Sign in at casemgmt.io/login.
