Your company's own texting number
A dedicated number for your company costs $19/mo ($190/yr on yearly plans) and is included on Business and Enterprise. Carrier approval can take up to 2 weeks.

Steps
- Go to Administration > Subscription and find the Texting card.
- Click Contact support and ask to set up your own texting number. We register it for your company with the phone carriers.
- While it's being approved the card shows Being set up. Carrier registration and approval can take up to 2 weeks. Until then, form and signature links keep going out from our shared number.
- When it's approved the card shows Active with your number, and all your company's texts come from it.

Why have your own number
Patients see the same number every time, and STOP and HELP replies stay with your company only.
