What's included
Each plan includes a set number of texts per month, shared by your whole company. See the current numbers on Pricing. Yearly plans get twelve months' worth for the year.
Texts over that are $0.05 each, added to your next invoice. Your Admins get an alert at 80% and at 100%.
Texting pauses at 3x your included texts in a billing period, so a mistake can never run up a big bill. Contact support to raise it.
Where to see your usage
Admins: Administration > Subscription. The Texting card shows texts used this period, extra texts so far, and your number.
