Who can do this: Admin
Admin
Everything, including Administration (Users, Subscription, Settings), creating and sending invoices, financial reports such as the Nurse Workforce report, the patient Audit Log tab, Export Record, and deactivating users.
Nurse Case Manager
Sees every case. Adds and edits patients and cases, works referrals, writes assessments, care plans and progress notes (and reviews them), logs and approves time, and uploads and signs documents. Can see billing and invoices but not create them.
With Admins, the only role that adds or removes the case managers assigned to a patient or case. Gets escalated urgent alerts when your company uses urgent alerts.
Internal Case Manager
The same day-to-day work as a Nurse Case Manager, and can also create referrals. Doesn't change the case managers assigned to a patient or case, and out of the box doesn't get escalated urgent alerts.
Billing Staff
Sees all patients and cases, creates and sends invoices, approves time entries, sees EOBs, and runs reports. Can't add or edit patients, cases or referrals, and doesn't see financial reports such as the Nurse Workforce report.
Referral Staff
Attorneys, adjusters and other referral partners. They sign in to the referral portal only, where they send referrals and follow their own. They never see your staff screens. Referral Staff are free and unlimited.
Changing what one person can do
