Why CaseMgmt signs you out
You're signed out after 30 minutes without activity, after 8 hours, or when your account signs in somewhere else.

Who can do this: Everyone on your team
After 30 minutes without activity
After 25 idle minutes, Session Timeout Warning counts down the last 5. Click Continue Session to stay, or Sign Out Now.
If nobody clicks, you're signed out and the sign-in page says your session expired due to inactivity. Anything you saved is kept; text typed but not saved is lost.
After 8 hours
A sign-in lasts at most 8 hours, a full work shift. Then you sign in again.
One device at a time
Your account can be signed in on one device or browser at a time. When you sign in somewhere new, the other one shows Signed In Elsewhere within a minute; click Sign In Again there to continue on that device instead.
If you see this and it wasn't you, reset your password right away and tell your Admin.
Tips
- Save case notes and forms as you go, so a sign-out never costs you work.
