Your company's data stays yours
Each company's patients, cases, documents and billing are kept apart. People in one company never see another company's records.
Sign-in rules
Passwords need at least 8 characters with upper and lower case, a number and a special character.
You're signed out after 30 minutes idle and after 8 hours, and an account can be signed in on one device at a time. See Why CaseMgmt signs you out.
CaseMgmt only works over a secure https connection.
Each person sees only what they need
Roles and single permissions decide what each person can open, and a documents-only user sees nothing but the patient documents you allow. See Roles explained.
Patients
Patients confirm their date of birth before a form opens when it's on file.
