Everything due, for everyone

Reminders that reach the right person
Each item reminds the person it's assigned to. A morning summary lists today's and overdue items. Optional: people choose app, email or text for each kind of reminder, and urgent alerts reach colleagues at once and escalate if nobody answers.

Set an item to come back every week, every month, or a number of days after the last one is done.
A schedule for every new patient
Build templates such as an initial assessment in 3 days and a monthly progress report. Apply template adds them to a patient with a preview of every date and who gets it.
Questions
Can reminders go by text?
Yes, as an optional feature: staff add their mobile number in My Settings and choose text for the reminders they want.
Can the calendar be color-coded?
Yes. Pick your own colors, color appointments by doctor, and Admins can rename, add or switch off item types for the company.
