On Batch Invoicing, Search Unbilled lists billable time that hasn't been billed yet for the period you choose. Pick the patients, review the batch and create it. Mileage is included on the batch.

CMS-1500 claims, filled in for you

• Your Tax ID (EIN), NPI, taxonomy code and default place of service are saved once and fill in on every claim.
• Keep your ICD-10 diagnosis codes, and your CPT/HCPCS codes each with a default rate.
• Open a claim in the CMS-1500 editor to change any box, then download the PDF or save it with the batch.
• Optional: put the patient's auto insurance claim number in Box 1a.

Send it the way the payer wants

Email or fax a batch's CMS-1500 claims, with activity logs, scripts, EOBs and signed AOBs attached. Faxing uses your own SRFax account.

Payments, EOBs and denials

• Record each check or EFT against a batch and attach the EOB; CaseMgmt marks the batch partly paid or paid.
• A batch is marked paid only when the hours and the mileage are both paid.
• Mark a batch as waiting for a check, so it isn't flagged overdue until the expected date.
• Denied claims stay in what's outstanding, so they're never forgotten.
• Track what each patient was billed, paid and still owes.
