Michigan auto no-fault
Software for Michigan auto no-fault nurse case management
CaseMgmt was built with a Michigan auto no-fault case management firm. It keeps the auto insurer, claim number and adjuster on every patient, flags Michigan Assigned Claims Plan (MACP) cases, takes referrals from attorneys through a free portal, and bills time and mileage on CMS-1500 claims.
Plans from $229/month. Every plan includes every feature.
Auto claims, organized
- Auto insurance details on the patient file: insurer, claim number, PIP coverage and the adjuster's phone, fax and email, plus legal representation and health insurance.
- MACP patients counted on the Billing overview, recognized from the auto insurer, claim number or claim status.
- Optional: put the auto claim number in CMS-1500 Box 1a automatically.
Attorney-referred work
Attorneys send referrals through their free portal and follow each one's status. The Billing overview shows cases In Litigation: cases with an attorney whose work has been unpaid for 30 days or more.
Time, mileage and travel billed correctly
Miles logged on case notes are billed at your mileage rate, and a batch is marked paid only when the hours and the mileage are both paid. Optional (turned on for your company on request): travel time, wait time and out-of-pocket expenses on each billing guide of a case note.
Payments, denials and write-offs
Record each check or EFT with its EOB, keep denied claims in what's outstanding, and see work that can never be billed on the Loss / Write-offs report.
