The reports
- Overview: company-wide totals, key counts and trend charts; each card opens the report behind it.
- Referral Reports: volume by status, source, urgency and referrer, filtered by law firm, nurse and more.
- Case Reports: by status, type and how long they've been open.
- Billing & Revenue: invoiced, collected and still owed, with trends and claim status.
